There are no longer specific rules set for the organization of any official ceremony. The requirement to wear a face mask inside the building (indoor) and outside the building (outdoor) or open area is the same as previously announced, which is not mandatory.
However, the Ministry of Health encourages the continued use of face masks outside the building if:
i) Being in crowded and congested areas;
ii) Individuals with symptoms such as fever, cough and cold;
iii) High risk individuals; and
iv) Doing activities with high-risk people such as the elderly and children.
